Dear community, I have Windows 11 23h2 on my laptop PC and i cannot upgrade to 24h2 because of error message:windows 11 24h2 install failed 0x800700002 - 0x20007 The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during INSTALL_DRIVEERS operationI already tryed:sfc /scannow dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth I deleted theese drivers: with driver store explorer: intcoed.infoem18.inflogitech camera driverssome others :theese are my drivers now: asusoledcare.infasusproart.infasusptpfilter.infasussci2.infasussci2.infasussci2.infbertreader.infbus.i

Error when trying to upgrade to Windows 11 from Windows 10 using a USB drive. Earlier attempts to upgrade directly from a download also failed with a different error message so went to USB approach as recommended by Support.

Error Message was:

0x80070002-0x20007

Installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during the INSTALL_DRIVERS operation

 

Windows Updates failed to instal

I just did step one and they have just all installed.... thank you so much.... it was quite frustrating having that update window pop up every 5 minutes and failing to instal every time
