Windows 10: Windows 11 24H2; is the full version actually out yet?

I'm on Windows 11 Pro 24H2 - Insider Preview Build 26100.ge.release.240331-1435, or as Windows Insider Programme settings say, 26100.2033 ge_release which is the latest insider preview build according to settings. I'm not getting any updates for a full release, but I have queued for unenrollment in the Windows Insider settings. I installed 24H2 on October 4th this year, but it says Tuesday, 03 December 2024 in the settings now since I 'upgraded' through the ISO from Microsoft since my friend told me that the full release of 24H2 has been out for 2 months now. which is where I'm a bit confused.

I have been unable to print since installing Windows 11, version 24H2. The print requests remain stuck in the print queue and are listed as “pending”.
