Windows 10: Windows 11 4g usb dongle

Hello,I have problem with Huawei E3372 LTE USB modem. In device manager I see device but with errorERROR"Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. Code 39 {Bad Image} %hs is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0x "Please do not write me steps to reinstall complete Windows or reset pc or clean boot .... I need help with drivers ntb lenovo T14 gen2Windows 11

USB 4G Modem Dongle wont detect on windows 10


hey,

well i upgraded to windows 10 and i use a usb 4g dongle to connect to the net, all software was installed for the device but it would not get detected, just kept saying unable to detect 4g modem, but all lights were flashing on the device.

if anyone else has had this problem and knows a fix for it that be great.

Hi there

were you using a pure dongle or setting up Internet access point from a 4G enabled mobile phone. If it was a 4G dongle then that's the problem with the driver - probably not yet ready for W10. A 4G enabled mobile phone sets up an Internet access point quite nicely on W10. (If you do this keep it secure though).
