Windows 10: Windows 11 activation error 0xC004F213

Today around 12am I installed Windows 11, version 24H2I purchased and added an activation code to my PC around 2023When I logged onto my computer today around 10am everything was normal then I put it to sleep. Once I woke it up the Activate Windows icon came up in the bottom right corner.Whenever I restart it, it goes away but comes back randomly. But it says this in Settings:When I go to troubleshoot:I saw a different thread of this happening to someone else on a 23H____ update and I clicked i changed my hardware on this device recently. My PC doesn't even pop up as an option yet on Microsoft

i had a valid digital license and linked my hotmail.

my computer was broken few weeks ago and i changed the motherboard, and now it have activation error 0XC004F213 .

tried the troubleshoot and didnt work.
