    HP DeskJet and Windows update

    After I installed the Feature Update to Windows 10, version 2004, my HP DeskJet 5150 is not working. I have tried all sorts to rectify this but nothing works. Is this printer no longer supported in Windows 10?

    I suggest you to run Printer troubleshooter. Follow the steps.

    • Type Troubleshooter in the search box and then press enter.
    • In the left pane click on View all.
    • Select the Printer option and follow the on screen instructions.
