Windows 10: Windows 11 black screen-access denied windows 11 c drive

Hello guys i have serious problem and i want to answer me fast.Well i tried to change my permission from c drive and it doesn't work so i tried to reboot.And when it boot i have black screen errors for Access denied i tried to inject c drive folder but i cant i dont have access and for something reason the systems programs freezes

i was did a factory reset on my Acer Nitro AN517-52, it is running windows 11 and no matter what i do i can not access the C: Drive.

C: drive access denied.

C drive access denied error

Windows 11 : I logged in windows 11 and changed the authenticated users settings for c drive to all access deny ( read , write ,etc all deny ) and now unable to open C drive . Also unable to change security settings of c drive to regain access.

Actually I wanted my kids profile should not be able to delete my files and that's why was trying to change settings for authenticated users.

 

No boot black screen, recovery c: access denied

The only issue I have with that is that there is nothing to indicate a way to enter a password. The only partition with an issue is C: drive. I can access all the other drives from x: recovery. Went ahead and booted Linux mint 9 (runs on almost anything) and I am able to browse all partitions on the drive. I cannot see what the permissions are however. Also noted that c: is names Safe Mode? A virus might be at fault though I am sure there is a way to fix it. Can anyone tell me how to change permissions on a partition using the rescue command prompt?
