Windows 10: Windows 11 BSOD and Chrome issue IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Hello,I have been having issue with Windows 11 BSODs for a few months now. The most common ones are:IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL 0x0000000aDRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL 0x000000d1I am also having issues with Chrome showing the aww snap page with access violation and buffer overrun warnings.The BSOD only seem to occur when either Chrome is running or the pc is just sitting on the desktop, if i have another program running full screen with chrome open behind it doesn't seem to occur.Things I have tried:SFC/DISMDriver verifier more on this belowTaking out each stick of ram.When i ran driver verifier

I'm on Windows 11 and I've been encountering two specific Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) errors:

1. IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
   
2. SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M
   

These errors have been causing significant disruptions, and I've attached the mini dump files to this post for your analysis. I'm turning to this community in the hopes that someone here can shed some light on what might be triggering these issues and provide guidance on how to resolve them.

BSOD problems IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL + MEMORY_MANAGEMENT + PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

Some days when I turn off my PC it happens sequentially these 3 BSOD (IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL + MEMORY_MANAGEMENT + PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA). Not necessarily in this order. But the errors are basically one of these.

• I've already done memtest86 and got no errors
  
• SFC /scannow with no errors too
  
• checkdisk with no errors
  

I've checked the error with BlueScreenView and the problem is with the driver ntoskrnl.exe.

Any suggestion of whats going on?

 

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL - BSOD

I recently built a few new PCs and I am now getting a BSOD multiple times per day on one of them related to the IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error. It references a driver named rtf64x64.sys. From what I can find it seems like it is related to a network driver issue, but is not the driver being used by and of the network adapters. Can I just delete this file or would this cause further issues? Doesn’t seem to matter if the PC is at idle or under load when it happens

The following are all steps I’ve taken so far:

• Doing a fresh install of Windows 11 (twice)
  
• Grabbing the latest drivers from Gigabytes website and updating
  
• Updating Gigabyte BIOS to latest version
  
• Installing all available Windows updates
  
• Running Windows Memory Diagnostic (No issues)
  
• Ran SFC and DISM
  
• Used HWInfo to determine that the CPU is well writhing safe temp range (around 70C at full load)

• Asus 4070 Super
  
• Corsair Vengeance DDR5 5200mhz
  
• Gigabyte B650 Gaming X AX
  
• 750W PSU
