Windows 10: windows 11 bsod bugcheck 0x0000000a when connected to domain. unable to locate what policy...

I have worked with dell and perform OEM installed and was not able to replicate issue outside of domain with just OS installed. installed default applications we used and unable to replicate issue. connected PC to domain and PC will bsod with bugcheck 0x0000000a randomly. The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000000a 0xfffff94481d872c8, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff8002224ae80. A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\Minidump\112922-8109-01.dmp.&n

I've been having issues for awhile now and I have no clue what to do!!
it will black screen and reboot during gaming or blue screen with different stop codes

specs are:
i7 11700f
corsair vengeance 3200 32gb RAM
3060ti
600w ps
windows 11

this just happened and this was the bugcheck codes

(BSOD) bugcheck was: 0x000000a0 INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR

Has any one got this BSOD when stress testing a overclock before? i can get the minidump if some one can read it for me i was trying for 4.5Ghz @ 1.31v and after around 20min of stressing i would get this BSOD and it would shut my system down not even sure i saw a BSOD just a shutdown?

 

How to figure out what is causing Windows 11 BugChecks

In the last few days my Windows 11 system has started to crash on a regular basis, and with various different BugCheck codes displayed on the BSOD, including:

• SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
  
• PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
  
• IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
  

I have exported the BugCheck entries from the System event log, and have copied and zipped a couple of MEMORY.DMP files, but I have no idea how to figure out what is causing the crashes.

Any suggestions are very welcome!
