Windows 11 BSOD caused by rtwlane602.sys error Realtek 8852CE Wifi driver

I've been experiencing recurrent blue screens of death with my brand new Dell Inspiron 14 7445 running Windows 11 Version 23H2 OS Build 22631.5039. The laptop has a built-in Realtek 8852CE Wifi card that seems to be causing the issues. I’ve reinstalled windows from a full factory reset, and updated the driver to the latest version available from the Dell website 6001.16.162.1, A07. It still causes the BSOD, including two crashes within five minutes of each other earlier today. I've currently rolled the driver back one version to see if that fixes it, but since the errors only happen usuall

    :)

  2. QCAMAIN1.SYS CAUSING BSOD

This was probably caused by the following module:
    qcamain1.sys (Qcamain10x64+0x108678)

    Bugcheck code: 0x1D3 (0x333, 0x0, 0x0, 0x0)

    Error: CUSTOM_ERROR

A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: qcamain1.sys .

    Google query: qcamain1.sys CUSTOM_ERROR

Using WhoCrashed I found this thread: Redirecting however without
    solution, locked.

I did get BSOD almost everytime I moved the laptop.

    This worked for me:

unscrew wifi module, push a little into the socket. Screw in. DONE

Solution for Windows 11 BSOD Error on NETWTW10.SYS error, Intel Wifi 6e network card

I previously reported a Windows 11 Pro x64 BSOD error on NETWTW10.SYS error after upgrading the Wi-Fi network card in my MSI Katana 15 B13VEK-277US laptop. The laptop came with the Intel AX201NGW Wi-Fi 5 network card and it ran without any errors or problems. Each time I would upgrade the wireless network card to the Intel AX210 Wi-Fi 6e network card, the BSOD error on NETWTW10.SYS would occur. Strangely, I had this Wi-Fi 6e wireless card installed in the laptop and running without error until some update changed Windows 11 22H2. The same for Windows 11 23H2.

I reported the BSOD error to MSI Support without any solution or workaround. If I installed the Intel AX201NGW Wifi 5 network card again in Windows 11, no more errors and wifi access works great.

I reloaded the laptop many times with Windows 11 22H2/23H2 (throughout time). Installed Intel drivers during Windows 11 installation process, still received the same BSOD NETWTW10.SYS error.

Solution I found to this BSOD NETWTW10.SYS error:

Created a Windows 11 using Create Windows 11 Installation Media with creating the image on a USB drive.

Downloaded the ZIP file for the Intel Wi-Fi 6e files and copied them over to the USB drive (\IntelWifi).

    File: WiFi-23.30.0-Driver64-Win10-Win11.zip

Boot up on the Windows 11 USB boot drive and start installing Windows 11.

When the Windows 11 installation allows you to load additional drivers, load the driver for the Intel AX210 Wifi 6e network card. Once the driver loads, continue installing Windows 11 as normal.

No more BSOD error on NETWTW10.SYS file any longer.

I wanted to document this solution as it seems no one know of one for about a year.

Windows 11 BSOD caused by rtwlane602.sys error Realtek 8852CE Wifi driver

BSOD while using the internet. error (L1C63x64.sys)

    Hi trainman81,

    Welcome to the 10forums.

Daemon tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known cause for BSOD's.
Please remove Daemon Tools and run the SPTD pass through remover.
    1. Uninstall Daemon Tools
    2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and follow these steps:
      • Double click the executable to open it
      • Click on the button shown below

Windows 11 BSOD caused by rtwlane602.sys error Realtek 8852CE Wifi driver [IMG]

If the button is grayed out, like in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system, and you can close the window

AVG is trying to request data from the internet, which is why the network driver is marked as the cause.

It is further recommended to check your Qualcomm network driver for updates, its driver is not supported for Windows 10.
