Windows 10: Windows 11 cannot access internet in safe mode with networking

I tried wifi and ethernet both didn't work. Everytime I try to troubleshoot, "cannot run network diagnostics in safe mode". It seems like there are no up to date and relevant solutions to this problem. What is the issue, actually? Is it software related? OS? What's going on here, because I can't clean boot certain products without being in safe mode, and it is really frustrating when I have a product I should be able to pay for my frustration. Anyways, what is the answer?

1) Are you able to connect to internet through normal mode?

2) Do you receive any error message, while trying to connect to internet in safe mode?

I would suggest you to try updating your network drivers by booting your system in normal mode and check if it helps.

  Device Manager.

  Right click the Network Adapter drivers.
  
• 
  Select Update driver software.
