Windows 10: Windows 11 causing os stalls and flashing

Windows updated to 11 automatically and is causing constant flashing with limited usability in between flashes. Completely unusable normally but I am able to ctrl+alt+del and access windows recovery by shift+restart button in that window. Restoring or uninstalling the update works but the issue is reproducible regardless of the fixes I make pre-install. Tried command prompt checks, dism etc. ran troubleshooters, safe mode install from media creation tool. Nothing fixes the issue and it will always break with no permanent update pause.OS Name Microsoft Windows 11 Pro Version 10.0.22000 Build 22

Adobe Flash message in IE 11

We also suggest that you reset Internet Explorer 11 through these steps:

• Go to Internet Explorer then click the Gear icon.
• Choose Internet options > Advanced.
• Click Reset.

STALLED: Security Update for Internet Explorer Flash Player for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems (KB3132372)

No issues with my solution. Windows 10 Edge Browser has integrated Adobe Flash so the update stalls Windows updates. My windows update was downloading the security update since December 29th.

I follwed the steps listed in my previous comments and installed Adobe Flash via Chrome. Windows Update immediately started working and my computer is up to date.
