Hello,I’m experiencing a recurring issue with my system — it frequently freezes, both while I’m working or setting up my work environment using multiple browser profiles. When this happens, I can’t click anything or enter any commands.If I try to reset the system reset button, it often hangs during the reboot and doesn’t load, so the only way to get it running again is to use the power button to force a restart. Interestingly, this issue doesn’t seem to occur when I’m playing games, but it happens unexpectedly while working, watching videos, or typing in Microsoft Teams.Sometimes the freez

Windows 10 Constantly Freezes

Windows 10 on PC constantly freezes. I called support with no help. It freezes every 2-3 minutes. This is unacceptable and I don't know what to do. The Windows rep suggest that I could go back to Windows 8. I've had 10 for almost two months and I would
like to keep it; I just want it to stop freezing my PC. I have tried the various suggestions given to no avail, this is a Windows 10 problem. PLEASE HELP

 

Windows 10 constantly not responding / freezing

I have a new laptop and Windows constantly freezes or stops responding even on the simplest tasks like opening desktop or attaching images to a email or creating a new folder.

These tasks can take up to 10mins unless I quit them and restart my computer to try again.

I have Norton installed and there is no evidence of a virus.

Need help please!

 

Computer freezes

After Microsoft did updates my computer freezes after 2-10min. No blue screen, it freezes, unless I constantly move the curser. I have shut down and restarted a number of times but the problem remains. Help?
