Windows 10: Windows 11 cumulative update sound bug

I am currently using windows 11 home and i updated my windows to 2022-08 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems KB5016691. I found a bug that whenever we listen a song or watch a video in any app e.g, google chrome, microsoft edge, spotify, the video and audio sound is not audible but the sound which comes when we increase or decrease the volume panel in the right corner of the taskbar is audible. I have to restart my laptop whenever i face this issue. Please tell me what could be the fix or forward this Question to windows development department. Thanks !!

Install error - 0x800f0831 on windows 11 2022-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems (KB5012592)

I cannot install 2022-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems (KB5012592). The installation did not complete and now my computer is unstable. I have tried troubleshooting and all the steps listed in the previous post. Any changes to Windows 11 do not complete. My computer reboots several times a day and locks up at least 2 times per day.

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue

 

Windows 11 Bugs (Sound & Brightness)

Update: I updated to Windows 11 again.

I re-enabled and disabled my "Enable audio enhancements" settings and it seems to fix the sound issue for me. However, the brightness bug still persists.
