Windows 10: Windows 11 Dark theme not working

So for some reason, my dark theme recently got messed up. I tried switching it back, restarting pc, changing colours, but it's still broken and looks ugly. I really want this fixed, cause it causes some applications to look awful. Especially file explorer. I've added images of my settings. I'd like a better fix than "Mess around with the colours and see what happens".My current settings:Windows explorer what the hell is this!?:Two random applications I use that are affected There are plenty of more examples:

Dark Theme no longer works after November update

Thank you for coming back to us with the information.

Let’s try uninstalling/reinstalling the theme and check if this helps. Follow the below steps.

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Control Panel.
  
• 
  Click on Programs and features, locate for the Dark theme, right click on it and click on
  Uninstall.
  
• 
  Now try installing it again and check.

Dark Theme

Hello,

I've tried a few things suggested, like repairing Office and the problem still persists. Do you have any other ideas ?

The online version of Outlook works fine as far as the dark theme goes.
