Windows 10: Windows 11 efficiency mode for non native browsers and Edge causing freeze only on the browser

Per the subject, every browser I have tried freezes. This includes brave, edge, opera, and chrome. This is a recent issue due to the fact I just bought this laptop, any other process I try to do It only focuses on the task at hand not letting the browser run in the background, when I open task manager, It only lets me change the efficiency mode one by one, but by the time I finish windows just puts it back in efficiency mode, I tried adding something I saw on another post to the browsers something to add in the target path of the shortcut --disable-features=UseEcoQoSForBackgroundProcess, b

turn off efficiency mode on all browsers.

Efficiency mode is making every browser run slow. I cant do multiple things while using any browser without it running slow. Cant turn it off with task manager or in any of the browser settings. Why can i not turn off efficiency mode on MY COMPUTER?

Is Edge browser causing Desktop freezes and abnormal Shutdowns?

Today, Windows Update has
uninstalled and reinstalled all my hardware drivers
reset reliability and problem history.



This morning I also received out of no-where a

desktop shortcut - how did that get there??
