Windows 10: Windows 11 family safety

Even if I'm out of a family the family safety controls still ask me to ask for permission to use apps, i need help desperately because I've been trying to fix it for a while but even when I'm not in a family group it's still says to send an email to my parents. Ive also tried sending the email and accepting it but still nothing. Please fix this.

Family Safety on Windows 11

I had Family Safety features set up on a laptop with Windows 10. That laptop was upgraded to Windows 11. Will all the same Family Safety features automatically still apply to the user account? I see in the Family Safety dasboard some settings say specifically they only apply to Windows 10. Or, do I have to set it up separately again using Windows 11?

Can you confirm if you are out of the Family Safety feature on your parent's account on this
link? If you've confirmed that you're no longer on the list of monitored child accounts, we suggest deleting the Family Safety folder. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows key + E on your keyboard.
• On the address bar, type this address C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Parental Controls and press
  Enter.
• Delete all contents of the Parental Controls folder.
• Restart and see if the issue is resolved.
