    Windows 11 flicker and no taskbar


    This happened after i closed the file explorer in task manager and reopened it through crwating a new task. it switche between the screen below and the other screen.

    Screen flickering in Windows 10 safe mode

    I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.

    Windows 11 flicker and no taskbar

    Taskbar Flickering

    User is experiencing flickering on the taskbar. Things I have tried to fix the issue:

    FIX: Windows 10 Search crashes and Explorer restarts (Solved) • Repair Windows™

    1. Ran Lenovo updates
    2. Ran Windows updates
    3. Rolled back Display drivers
    4. Re-installed Display drivers
    5. Malware Scan
    6. Edited registry (see links above for the suggestion)
    7. Restarted the device
    8. Stop unnecessary startup applications
    9. Deleted unnecessary programs
    10. Ran system scan
    11. Repair Windows System Files
    12. Closed Microsoft Edge to see if it was the issue. Nothing changed
    Nothing worked. Checked event viewer and this is error coming up ever 2 minutes:
