Windows 10: Windows 11 flickering and slowdown

Every couple of days I notice the icons in the notification area continually dissappear and then reappear every couple of seconds. I also notice generally poor performance a the time and certain applications that seem to flicker along with the notification icons. It's very noticable in task manager.Most of time it just stops after 5 - 30 minutes or so and everything is fine. Also rebooting seems to get things back to normal.I've tried updating all drivers and closing all possible applications when this happens but neither of these things has helped.Today when this happened i noticed the Remote

Windows 10 slowdown
