Windows 10: Windows 11 Home Electronic Download

Hello, may I ask if I have purchased the electronic download version of Windows 11 this product key is used to activate my custom PC? But when my PC needs to be transferred or sold to someone after using it for some time, can I anti active Windows 11 inside? If possible, can I activate the anti activated electronic download version of the product key on a brand-new PC? How do I operate it specifically? Thank you very much!

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
