    Windows 11 Hyper V


    Windows 11 24H2 26100.2314Here is something that caught my eye a few moments ago...Has anyone else seen this?Hyper V enabled, went to Control Panel>Network and Sharing Center>Change Adapter Settings and was looking at them, and the vEthernet Default Switch shows some very strange characters on the last line.

    Hi RexPan,

    Can you see the Hyper-V Manager in the start menu? Run msinfo32 and see if the hypervisor can be detected.

    Check if there is any other virtualization software installed on your computer. If yes, uninstall it and try again.

    Also check if there are any third-party antivirus or security software that may be blocking Hyper-V. Try disabling them temporarily and see if that helps.

    May I ask. Why you want to disable it

    How to disable Hyper-V

    1. in Control Panel : select Programs and Features.
    2. Select : Turn Windows features on or off.
    3. Expand Hyper-V >> expand Hyper-V Platform
    4. and then, remove the : Hyper-V Hypervisor check box.
