Windows 10: Windows 11- Impossible?

I’m currently using the HP Stream 11. While I’ve run into a number of issues, this is the most aggravating one. I’ve had the Windows 11 update pushed many times, especially since now Microsoft edge, any search engine and any app runs extremely slow and glitchy. However, my computer cannot update. It displays “This PC doesn’t meet all the system requirements for Windows 11”. I bought this about 2 years ago. It now has no trade in value and is unable to function. Is there anything I can do, or am I just going to have to recycle it?….

Impossible to reinstall Internet Explorer 11

I have Windows 10 Pro v.1511 10586.36. Internet Explorer 11 has been wiped out. I need IE 11 for my work

Impossible to reinstall. Search "internet explorer" finds Edge, not IE.

IE appears nowhere in program lists; not even in "uninstall a program"

There are 2 inactive IE directories (without IE exe) in program files and in program files 86.

I cannot install the last full version of IE 11. Win 10 says: a more recent version (=Edge) is already installed on your computer.

Is there a solution to force Win 10 Pro to accept reinstall IE 11?

To help you out with your concern, we suggest that you disable the add-ons in Internet Explorer 11. For step by step instructions, go to this

link, then look for the title Turning off and removing add-ons.

We also suggest that you reset Internet Explorer 11 through these steps:

• Go to Internet Explorer then click the Gear icon.
• Choose Internet options > Advanced.
• Click Reset.

(Note: If you have added Favorites, back up them first before resetting the browser. )

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
