Windows 10: Windows 11 Insider Preview 22499.1000 rs_prerelease not getting installed

Hi,Whenever I am trying to install the subjected windows 11 version after some time, on the way of installation it is undoing the upgrade and returning to the last version only. This particular version is not getting installed. I have tried multiple times but it is not installed on my machine.
