Windows 10: Windows 11 is freezing on me.

Since downloading Windows 11, my computer randomly freezes on me. There is no apparent reason for it, no error codes, but I have to do a hard shutdown because neither the mouse nor the keyboard will work. Does anyone have a solution for this problem?

To help you out with your concern, we suggest that you disable the add-ons in Internet Explorer 11. For step by step instructions, go to this

link, then look for the title Turning off and removing add-ons.

We also suggest that you reset Internet Explorer 11 through these steps:

• Go to Internet Explorer then click the Gear icon.
• Choose Internet options > Advanced.
• Click Reset.

(Note: If you have added Favorites, back up them first before resetting the browser. )

all games crash!

ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.
