Windows 10: Windows 11 Lenovo, Upon Restarting, Microsoft Log-in Screen Doesn't Recognize My Keyboard...

Windows 11 Lenovo Thinkpad Every night I shut down my computer, and then every morning I turn it back on. When I get directed to the Microsoft log-in screen where I put in my password, it doesn't recognize any letters or numbers that I type.It DOES recognize keys like "enter" and all of the f-keys, to adjust brightness and sound and whatever.When I enable on-screen keyboard, it ALSO does not recognize it. The only solution that allows me to access my computer is if I restart it using the buttons on-screen. Restarting it by pressing the physical button doesn't work. Sometimes, after I manage to

• Have you tried typing the password with On-Screen keyboard?

I would suggest you to try the following steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: On-Screen Keyboard

You may use the accessibility options to pop open a on-screen keyboard and type the password from there to make sure you are typing the correct password.

If you see your email address listed there, it must be a Microsoft account. You will be able to reset the password and log in if your PC is connected to internet.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".
