Windows 10: Windows 11 Machine Crashing and Restarting - bugcheck 0x0000009f

Windows 11 Machine Crashing and Restarting - bugcheck 0x0000009f

Not sure why this keeps happening, but my Dell XPS 15 9570 keeps restarting. I recently acquired the machine and did a restore of Windows 10 and then a clean install of Windows 11.

The only message I see in the logs that seems relevant is here

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f (0x0000000000000003, 0xffffa58356bda310, 0xffffa304d027f6d0, 0xffffa583709550d0). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 5bccb932-9960-4e98-a0a9-2133462fc0a8.

I have tried to update my drivers and run SFC and DSIM but nothing has helped.

As I am working from home during these crazy times, it is a huge problem - often crashing in the middle of Zoom calls or when I am in the middle of working on something

I'd really appreciate it if someone would help me sort this out - it is really frustrating

Windows 11 BSOD Crash - bugcheck 0x0000009f

Hi, I installed win11 three days ago and since then I already have 4 crashes with the error DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE.

I will attach the last log in the Event Viewer, which is from just 20 minutes ago.

Please, I need to know what driver is causing the issue.

Windows crashing 0x0000009f since 1803 update

My desktop system has crashed nine times in the 24 or so hours since it installed 1803.

System was running fine prior to 1803. Laptop here also 1803'd but is not experiencing crashes.

Any suggestions?
