Windows 10: Windows 11 Machine Crashing and Restarting - bugcheck 0x0000009f

Not sure why this keeps happening, but my Dell XPS 15 9570 keeps restarting. I recently acquired the machine and did a restore of Windows 10 and then a clean install of Windows 11.The only message I see in the logs that seems relevant is hereThe computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f 0x0000000000000003, 0xffffa58356bda310, 0xffffa304d027f6d0, 0xffffa583709550d0. A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Windows crashing 0x0000009f since 1803 update

My desktop system has crashed nine times in the 24 or so hours since it installed 1803.

System was running fine prior to 1803. Laptop here also 1803'd but is not experiencing crashes.

Any suggestions?

Office issued Dell XPS 7275 Tablet 2 in 1 to me recently.
Helpdesk unable to resolve why computer crashes when coming out of Sleep mode. Running Win 10.

This is the error message I see in the reliability monitor. dmp file attached as zip.

Crash happened around 12:03 PM July 31 2016.

Bugcheck 0x0000009F when restart, hibernae, sleep or shutdown

The problem:

I got BSOD every time I try to restart, hibernate or sleep my ASUS S56CM notebook. The exact behavior is: when I hibernate -for example-, It takes about 7 to 9 mins to fail and shutdown, the storage led turned off while hibernating which is a real indication
for me the hibernate process will fail.

Events

errors in the event viewer when I reboot:

• The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f (0x0000000000000003, 0xffffe00152acd6f0, 0xfffff8039fd21990, 0xffffe00164a5b370). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 101015-45656-01.
• Windows failed to resume from hibernate with error status 0xC0000001.
• The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
  
• The Windows Presentation Foundation Font Cache 3.0.0.0 service failed to start due to the following error:
  
  The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
• The previous system shutdown at 12:38:51 PM on ‎10/‎10/‎2015 was unexpected.

warning:

Dumb File

Drivers (NVIDIA/INTEL graphic) are all updated and latest windows updates are installed. I read through the community and tried many tips/solutions but with no luck. However, I am sure the exact reason for this issue is found in the minidumb file. Here
