Windows 10: windows 11 media player, windows media player legacy and microscoft films and tv

Those 3 media players at the title are playing the videos but not giving sound, i use media player classic and videolan player and it gives both video and sound, so any solutions?

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Windows Media Player is old legacy software that is still included in Windows, it lacks many modern functionality, it is not required and it can be removed in Settings - Apps - Optional features.

The new Media Player app has replaced Groove Music and they are continuing to developer that, it will also probably replace the Films and TV app, when they have completed the development.

 

Faulty Windows Media Player

Windows Mesdis Player developed a fault (Played jerky an missed bits) so I down loaded Media Player 10.

It's no better. Any suggestions (I run Windows 98)

and from the last link is the same error where you can just disable it too =)
