Windows 10: Windows 11 Not Booting - Stuck on Windows Logo or Black Screen

I have been experiencing issues tonight with my Windows 11 operating system.Earlier today I had experienced an issue trying to open the Microsoft Edge browser on my system. As I thought this was a one-off issue, I thought rebooting the computer would solve the problem.When I rebooted the computer the screen was stuck on "restarting". I waited at least 10 minutes before pressing the power button to force the computer off. Now, I am unable to boot Windows 11 successfully. Sounds like the old... windows black screen of death.

I have done all this things excempt using another psu because i dont have it but nothing change.
The thing im sure right now is that for some reason evene on fresh install windows detect it as vga standard and not hd 7900 series in the first place .
Only after driver signature see the gpu as hd 7900 series but after reboot and windows logo star up the screen goes black and the monitor turn off like as the gpu turn itself off .
