Windows 10: Windows 11 Not Booting

I have a HP 14s laptop, with Windows 11 and Ubuntu dual booting. Today, when I tried to boot into Windows, i got a green screen telling me that there was a problem with my insider build I am an insider, and that it was collecting error data. Once it had done this, my PC rebooted and instead I got a blue screen with error 0xc0000225 and "A required device isn't connected or can't be accessed". If I keep rebooting, this error with appear a few more times, before I get the green insider error, then it goes back to the blue screen 0xc0000225 a few more times, and so on. windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
