Windows 10: Windows 11 not supported on AMD Ryzen 5 2500U.

Yesterday on October of 5th Microsoft released windows 11 for every possible CPU out there except for the AMD Ryzen 5 2500U CPU, what is the reason behind this and is it possible that in future we might get support for windows 11??

Good day! I apologize that you are having this issue and I am hoping we can work through it and fix it.

Please create a backup of the system or a restore point then

Please use DDU to uninstall all drivers you have now installed:

This will clean out everything you've done so far.

After that, you simply need the driver here:
https://www.amd.com/en/support/apu/amd-ryzen-pr...

This is all you need. If it still does not display, then I would suspect a hardware issue if it suddenly started to have this issue without you changing anything.

Or you can just go back to standard windows drivers if you wish with the automatic driver installation.

Windows Update installed AMD 15DD for my Ryzen 5 2400G-is that right?

Hi!

I have an HP Pavillion 590-p0044, AMD Ryzen 5 2400G with Radeon RX Vega 11 integrated graphics. I did a clean install of Windows 10 last week and had disabled driver updates by running your "Disable_Drivers_In_Windows_Update" file. Yesterday, Windows Update installed AMD-System-1/8/2019 12:00:00 AM-18.41.0.0. Since then, I have not been able to access the Radeon settings by right-clicking on my desktop like I did before and can only access my display options through All Settings, there is no "AMD" program or update listed in the Program and Features list or in the Installed Update list, and the device manager shows the display adapter as AMD 15DD Graphics, driver version 25.20.14016.3003, date 1/15/2019. Is this right? I saw that the latest version of the Radeon driver came out this week and wondered if I should install that one.

Error 2753 for AMD Ryzen Master

Hello there, I am having issues when trying to re-install the AMD Ryzen Master application. I receive the error code 2753, the file 'setup.exe' is not maked for installation.

The things I have tried are below.

- Clearing the TEMP folder found at %TEMP%.

- Using CCleaner to clean up the registry keys.

- Using the Windows Troubleshooter found here "https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb...hat-block-programs-being-installed-or-removed" to remove all the AMD settings which were the only things available to fix.

- Followed this article found here "https://support.esri.com/en/technical-article/000012047".

- Followed this article found here "Can't find Amd-ryzen-master on PC - AMD Community".

- Followed this artciel foudn here "How to fix Error 2753, The file is not marked - Error Tools".

- Restarted the computer.

As a note for the articles I have listed, I've tried all of the methods inside of them and still nothing.

Please help, as I've tried every single solution I can find so far on the internet and none of them seem to work.
