Windows 10: Windows 11 on laptop

so recently i bought a acer aspire vero for school work and productivity, i have tried setting up the laptop and its tellling me the error code 0xC004F034 whenever i tried activating windows and its telling me i need a product key? i thought the laptop came with windows 11 and all i needed to do was set it up. and when i try buying a product key its redirecting me to a key for windows 10 pro?. can some one help me here?

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet Explorer. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Explorer.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel

• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Internet Explorer performance troubleshooter
