Windows 10: Windows 11 Pin difficulties and system license violation after system restore

HiNeed assistance, did a system restore on my Windows 11 laptop today before the update of September 21 2022. Once the restore was completed, I had put the pin no. back in, then it says it has lost my credentials. I had also updated my email address on my Microsoft account after the update and before the system restore. This had the HP laptop on my account. When attempting to get the HP laptop device showing back onto my account, it won't let me and am then greeted with a system license violation/blue screen in a numerous attempts to get the HP laptop back. Any ideas on how to get my HP lapto

System License Violation BSOD

I did a system restore after the issue with WIFI hardware device but it didn’t help so I restarted my laptop again. Restarting didn’t help either and since that moment I have been having the system license violation BSOD for every start-up.

I am unable to do another system restore, to access safe mode, to reset my PC.

Recently I had encountered an issue with my WIFI hardware device, thus I decided to do a system restore to see if it resolves my problem.

However, after the restore the hardware is still having issues, so I restarted my computer again.

Ever since, I had been encountering the system license violation BSOD for every start-up. I cannot reset my computer, unable to proceed with another system restore and unable to access safe mode as well! Any advice? I'm pretty much stuck in this state without
being able to do much.
