    I purchased Windows 11 Pro for Workstations Digital License on Microsoft Store for my Laptop and was running until my motherboard was damage, so I purchased a new laptop and attempted to activate by using the "general key" I followed Windows 10 Pro for Workstation Activation issue - Microsoft Community and called support several times and spent 5hrs total with support and did not get anywhere. They told me to go to support.microsoft.com/oas which directed me to Business Support and would cost me $499 for a single incident!?!?! I just want to res

    Purchased the Windows 11 Pro for Workstations upgrade. First time upgrade was successful. Now my digital license only shows Windows 11 Home. How do I reconcile the upgrade to my digital license?

    Yes, the order is showing correctly in my Order History. It is an upgrade to Windows 11 Pro for Workstations, but my digital license is not recognizing that.
