  1. Windows 11 Pro Update 24H2 does not recognize my 1TB NVME SSD

Recently, I noticed that when I go to System settings, there is no Storage option on my machine. The machine is a Ryzen 9 AMD and comes with a 1TB NVME SSD. Like my laptop which is a Ryzen 3 AMD, it literally lives in the same hardware environment. Both are now missing the 1TB NVME SSD on them which forces me to purely store on a OneDrive. I have contacted the vendor on the hardware devices and they sent me a driver for the 1TB NVME SSD but Windows 11 Pro rejects it and states it is a Trojan via Defender. In this case, I let Windows find a driver. I see the following drivers in Windows

    :)

  3. Can installing Windows 11 Pro 23H2 be done even on a non-initialized NVMe disk?

    1

    Installing fresh

    Windows 11 Pro - Insider Preview 24H2

    Download Windows Insider Preview ISO

    in an empty SSD

require Microsoft account login - even create Installation USB using Rufus bypass?

    2

Generally, is it NOT recommended to install the fresh Windows 11 Pro - Insider Preview 24H2, but to upgrade from the normal 23H2 system?

    3

Can installing Windows 11 Pro 23H2 be done even on a non-initialized NVMe disk?

If not, the NVMe disk must be initialized, this can be done in a PC the disk is in, by booting from USB or DVD, Windows 11 Pro installation media...?

    4

Secure Boot is Not ON but is OFF,

To install the OS Windows 11 Pro, I must first go to BIOS and enable it...?

    5

A PC running OS Windows 11 Pro, with Secure Boot OFF, I can freely turn ON, without impact e.g. not booting, to the PC itself, correct?

Windows 11 Pro Update 24H2 does not recognize my 1TB NVME SSD

AURUS NVMe Gen4 SSD not recognized by Windows Setup

We have a new install on x570 Auros Master motherboard (AMD AM4 X570/rev 1.1). We have one disk on the computer, a 1TB AURUS NVMe Gen4 SSD. The BIOS recognizes the NVMe drive. The BIOS is updated to F30, the latest version of the BIOS in the PCIEX16 spot
and it reads it as PCIE 3.0 x16 @ 1.0 x16. However, when we run the Windows Installer from a bootable USB, there is no disk available to install the OS on, the window is blank.

There are lots of articles for machines where windows is already installed, but we do not have any OS installed.
