Windows 10: Windows 11, Recent connection issues with Adobe CC

Purchased my new Windows 11 machine back in January. Installed Adobe CC and all apps without issues. Recently, I'm unable to connect to Adobe CC, with all sort of connection errors including my system appears offline. I contacted Adobe support rep. who tried to help even by remote accessing my PC but without success.I tried turning off/on firewall, antivirus, and setting Firewall rules for Adobe CC, as well as many other troubleshooting steps without any success.However, I tried running Adobe CC on a Windows 10 PC, using the same network, and it worked just fine. AMD and Adobe recently announced expanded OpenCL support for Adobe Premiere Pro CC at the National Association of Broadcasters Show 2013, including multi-stream and mixed format accelerated workflows with real-time effects, color grading and finishing with hardware-accelerated rendering to the chosen final destination format. Today AMD announced support for additional OpenCL-accelerated features with the announcement of Adobe Premiere Pro CC including OpenCL hardware-powered rendering with Adobe Media Encoder CC for Adobe Premiere Pro CC projects and multi-GPU support. Uninstall Adobe Illustrator CC 2018

Few months ago i had to install Adobe Illustrator CC 2018 for user,
who had Adobe account with license.
Now this user is away and i need to clean that computer.

I tried unistall from:

• "Apps & features"
  
• "Uninstall or change a program"
  
• ">Illustrator_Set-Up.exe /uninstall" from administrator command prompt
  

But it only opens "Creative Cloud" window where it needs log-in information. (Or "No internet connection" if no network connected)
Can i uninstall without finding someone with account?

This issue might have occurred because of compatibility of
Adobe Connect. Follow the steps below to install Adobe

Connect in compatibility mode.

Follow the steps below on how to install Adobe Connect in compatibility mode:

1. Download the Adobe Connect from the manufacturer’s website and save it on your local disk.

2. Right click on the setup file of the driver and select “Properties”.

3. Select “Compatibility” Tab.

4. Place a check mark next to “Run this program in Compatibility mode” and select operating system from the drop down list.

5. Let the Adobe Connect install and then check the functionality.

If the issue persists I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall Adobe Connect and check if that helps. If the issue is specific to Adobe Connect I would suggest you to
