Windows 10: Windows 11 reset problem

Discus and support Windows 11 reset problem in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I just reset my laptop due to file issues but when I fully reset it my lock screen was still there.     Windows 11 reset problem


    I just reset my laptop due to file issues but when I fully reset it my lock screen was still there. The picture is gone and my passwords don't work because it says the profile wasn't found so there is no way I can get into the PC. I've reset it again with the same issue. Any ideas to get rid of this and give me access to the pc?
