Windows 10: Windows 11 running way too slow after a glitch

I am running Windows 11 and this morning my laptop glitched as I was getting ready to cast a website to my tv.It ran through what appeared to be a repair dos window routine and finally came back up after some time, but it is running extermely slow.I have run every bit of sw that I have to try to get it back to the state it was in, but it wasn't any help.Can someone recommend something I can run to repair whatever the issue is, short of reinstalling Windows, which I really don't want to have to do.Thanks in advance...

I would suggest you to run System maintenance troubleshooter.

Try the followings steps:

• 
  Click "Search" and type "Troubleshooting" without quotes and hit enter.
  
• 
  Select "System maintenance"
  
• 
  Click next to run the troubleshooter.

I would suggest you to Run Maintenance task

The Run maintenance task checks issues that might slow down your computer's, such as how many users are currently logged on to the computer and whether multiple programs are running at the same time.

Follow the below steps.

• 
  Press Windows + X on the keyboard.
  
• 
  Select Control Panel.
  
• 
  Select Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Click on Run maintenance task under
  System and Security.

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?
