Windows 10: Windows 11 security blank screen

My windows 11 security is not working properly as I open it, it is just black blank screen in there. I checked on Google and YouTube for solutions. Then, i restarted the program after repairing & resetting windows security in by right clicking and going to the app settings. It is still the same. I also tried s

Windows 11 security blank screen

01. My windows 11 security is not working properly as I open it, it is just black blank screen in there. I checked on Google and YouTube for solutions. Thus, as some professionals suggested, first I looked malware and fixed them using Avast Anti - virus. Then, i restarted the program after repairing & resetting windows security in by right clicking and going to the app settings. However, to my disappointment, it is still the same. I also tried some PowerShell commands. Result is the same.

02. At some point, I tried resetting the laptop, but it won't reset. Whenever I click on reset button, nothing happens or shows up. NOTHING!

03. 05 days ago, I had a blue screen problem. Some call it as windows death screen. It is something when you start your PC a blue screen comes with an error message and restarts your PC again and again. The error message said "unmountable boot problem".

as a result, I had to take my laptop to my service center and get it reset.
