Windows 10: Windows 11 Security Dashboard no longer working after upgrade?

I recently upgraded from 10 to 11 and the security dashboard is no longer working and there is a small yellow triangle over the icon on the desktop. Similarly if I try to go in via settings the border of the program briefly appears then its gone? Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet Explorer. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Explorer.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel

• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Internet Explorer performance troubleshooter

That made me so facepalm. Some people have absolutely no clue. I hope they don't take you for granted with all this you're doing for them.

SonicWall is a good security product, so Mindweaver's suggestion sounds like a good one and should make for a rather bigger baby step. Let's hope they take it.
