Windows 10: Windows 11 setup issues

When I tried to setup Windows 11 recently, it has not worked at all. The issue I am facing is that I am getting an error 0xe0000100, but my home WiFi networks are all appearing and working correctly. This error code appears after I install the drivers, and I tried to manually install the correct wifi drivers to my system, but I received an error about not being able to connect to the WiFi. When I went to go manually install the drivers, it stated that one of the drivers was unable to be installed, and it was not the inf type the system was expecting.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

Optical Drive Issue

Assuming I did the steps correctly, this is where I am now.

Screenshot 12 shows my CD Disc shortcut on my desktop.
Screenshot 10 shows the CD Drive shortcut listed in the “Send to” listing.
Screenshot 11 shows the “Send to” listing after the steps were taken, but the CD drive name is not listed.

So, it appears the steps did not work for me. And, I did try the steps, “If it still won’t do ……” and still no luck.

What do you think?

1. How many user accounts are setup on the PC?

I suggest you to check if issue persists in Hidden Admin account. Follow the steps to enable Hidden Admin:

• 
  Press Windows key + X.
  
• 
  Click on Command Prompt (Admin).
  
• 
  Type ‘net user administrator /active:yes’ and press Enter.
  
• 
  Now check if issue persists on the Hidden admin account.
