Windows 10: Windows 11 "Something Happened and Your PIN Isn’t Available."

On connecting an external hard disk to a HP laptop, I found file explorer had slow response with looping after upgrading Windows 11. I could not stop file explorer in task manager and could not shut down Windows 11 so I powered off the the laptop. When I restarted the Windows 11, it first showed "The system detected an overrun of a stack-based buffer in this application. The overrun could potentially allow a malicious user to gain control control of this application." and then "Something Happened and Your PIN Isn’t Available." I restarted the laptop and the Windows kept on asking BitLocker rec

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.
