Windows 10: Windows 11 Taskbar/Alt Tab issues

Hello,I recently installed Windows 11 and have noticed a few issues. Though this one is not as major, you can drag browsers or apps to cover the taskbar now. Not sure if this is intended, but please let me know if you can turn this setting off. More importantly, not sure if this is related or not, but I've noticed whenever I alt tab out of a game I'm playing, the game doesn't "minimize" or disappear like it used to Sorry if that's not the correct term. Instead, it's still open in the background, and as a result, the taskbar also disappears while I'm on another tab, albeit Google chrome or w

alt + tab not working

Just found a really cool way to make alt+tab INSTANT!!!

In the launch options write the following: -windowed -noborder





This play exactly the same as fullscreen but now you dont have to wait 30 f*@!ing seconds to alt+tab back in!

Also you don't get the little purple/black checkered effect (only in Source games) from alt+tabbing in fullscreen.

Thanks for the feedback, SlyJacob. By the way, have you enabled taskbar to show on both displays? If not, then please follow these steps:

• Click the Windows key and select Settings.
• Click Personalization, then select Taskbar.
• Under Multiple displays, toggle On Show taskbar on all displays.

Try pressing Alt+tab again and let us know if the taskbar also appears on the other monitor.

alt tabbing increases system performance?

Skyrim doesnt work correctly you alt tab, but if you alt tab to it again while the screen is black, it loads up with the windows cursor over the top. If i repeatedly do this, eventually it fullscreens properly without issues. Slightly weird.
