Windows 10: Windows 11 taskbar looks like windows 10 and wont work

Hey so recently I updated to Windows 11 from windows 10 and my taskbar looks the same as Windows 10 and it doesn't respond when I click on the windows button or search so I have no way of opening apps I don't have on my desktop or taskbar. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I did use the beta build of Windows 11 before going back to windows 10 because some apps were not compatible and it was not like this.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Windows 7 wont install drivers

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

 

Center Windows 10 Taskbar Icons Just Like 11

That is what I was aiming at... "No Third Party App's" Do it within Windows 10.
