Windows 10: Windows 11. Time synchronization failed and... succesfull at same time ?!?!?!? How?

Well... sounds somewhat insane but here is picture. Better than 1000 words. Somehow time sync is failed and timeserver unspecified see bottom of picture and successfully synchronized see little window with time.windows.com. What-a-heck?? How?

Windows fails to synchronize with internet time - it times out

Hi,

You might have a different Date and Time configuration that's why your Windows fails to synchronize with
Internet Time. To have this checked, try to change the server in your Internet Time Settings by following the steps below:

• Go to Control Panel > Date and Time.
• Click on the Internet Time tab: then, click on Change settings.
• Try to change or choose the Server, tick on the Update now, and click on
  OK.

Let us know the results after following the resolution provided.

@Brink Thank you so much, Brink. I have 3 restore points. I will try to choose the farthest one that arrives on 11 October even if I have never done restore operations and I hope to succeed. I'll use your "See List of All Available System Restore Points in System Protection" tutorial. - - - Updated - - - I was trying to solve problems with my phone with Google search and on the site "The Geek Page" I found some information that I didn't really need but then I came across one of their pages about the synchronization problem of the now he gave, among others, the following suggestions. From the command prompt as administrator run in order: 1) net stop w32time 2) w32tm /unregister 3) w32tm /register 4 ) Restart computer To my surprise and mystery, after trying a couple of times the problem seems to be solved, that is, both through the Control Panel and through the Settings the synchronization of the time occurs without problems in all 3 servers in the list. I didn't understand much, but it seems to have worked for me at least until now.

I'm having a similar issue (no Ubuntu in the equation though). Looked at a variety of resources, such as Time Synchronization Failed on Windows 11: 9 Ways to Fix it (windowsreport.com), but still get the error when trying to click "Sync Now", and get a timeout any time I try to update the server between the windows one, the NIST one, and adding the Google one. Here's my OS information:
