Windows 10: Windows 11 Ultimaker Cura file association/registry problem

in the past I have received help from Ramesh Srinivasan with this issue...Every time Cura comes out with a new version, the file association looks for the old version. Now I have upgraded from v5.2.1 to v5.3.0 and the problem is back. Would the correct code for the registry editor be...

I just want to make sure because I know that it can be dangerously to mess with the registry. Thanks.

For .gcode, try this:

• Right-click on a .gcode file and click Properties.
  

• Click "Change."
  

• Browse and locate the Cure executable file. [C:\Program Files\Ultimaker Cura 5.2.1\Ultimaker-Cura.exe]
  

That's it. This associates .gcode files with Cura.
