Windows 10: Windows 11 update troubles

Hello,I have pc that should be supported i7 8086k. When I open Windows Update I see on right side red cross with information that "This PC doesnt currently meet all the system requirements for Windows 11". After that I downloaded PC Health Check App which says that "This PC meets Windows 11 requirements. Great news....". When clicking on Device specification I also get greenlight information that everything is ready.In detail I did check all points and everything is green/ok, including secure boot, TPM 2.0 enabled etc... I re-checked BIOS and everything is OK as it should be. Also restarted

When you finish testing the Avast suggestion, make sure that you restart your machine.

Then if the issue persists, please return to the trouble shooting list in post# 89

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.

 

Windows Updated(16299.309).KB4088776 Restart is required to complete.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
