cant download Windows repair version as it says This update can't be downloaded and installed because it's not yet ready for your device. tried to update from iso file, but it also didn't work it saidThis PC can't be upgraded to this version of Windows.Your PC isn't supported yet on this version of Windows. Windows Update will automatically offer you this version of Windows once the issue has been resolved.please help I'm trying to reinstall windows without losing apps and settings or anything
