Windows 10: Windows 11 won't install from Windows Update or Installation Helper Error Code: 0x80070002

Windows Update notified me that Win11 is ready for my PC. I tried to update it about 4 times now, and it fails every time. It only results in this message:I tried installing it through the Win11 Installation Helper tool from Microsoft's site, and it also failed. It only told me "We don't think your PC can proceed with the installation", something along those lines.I've already tried to purge the Software Distribution folder that's locate don my main drive in the Windows folder. I disabled the various services related to that folder to make sure everything was deleted. I restarted, and tried ru

Windows Update 20H2 fails to install. Error code: 0x80070002

b. There is some old stuff, drivers and such













c. I removed the drive letter E.

I just did step one and they have just all installed.... thank you so much.... it was quite frustrating having that update window pop up every 5 minutes and failing to instal every time
