Windows 10: Windows 11

Hello. A month ago, my computer was infected with a virus and I formatted it. My computer is Windows 11 and I often enter the netstat -anobf command into CMD. In svchost.exe and other programs, I sometimes see a few Foreigh IP addresses that start with like 127,168 and end like 5228,7862. Why do these IP addresses end like this? Could they be caused by malware, viruses or programs such as keyloggers? And what is the meaning of what I shared in the picture? Can you help me? Please.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
