Windows 10: Windows 1703 update

Ever since the 1703 update last week a bunch of unwanted changes have appeared on my computer. One change all my desktop Ions were scrambled. Ok, so I'll put tem back where they were. Not so easy. It seems even though I have the "align to grid" turned off it sill wont let me put them where I want them. I put them round the perimeter of the sides and top, when I let them go they snap to anther area of the desktop. I used to e able to put them wherever I wanted them. Other unwanted changes have occurred also. How do I get things back he way they were???

What can I do to install the latest updates for windows 10 1703? It will not install or update anything at all, and these are the messages that I get.

How to downgrade from Windows 1709 to 1703 ?

I just upgraded mine tonight and everything is exactly the same and it's behaving just fine, so my advice is just keep working on it.

There are of course changes with the CU, whether they are unwanted or not, there`s nothing you can do about the changes, but there are ways to put some things back to where they were.

For example, adding the Command Prompt and Control Panel options back to the right click start menu.

List the changes you don`t like and we`ll see if we can get things back to how you had them, anything is possible. *Smile
